We'd like to see people like him all the time. Serious, responsive and always in a good mood. A very constructive person who acts intelligently for the benefit of society.
Elyes is responsive and available whatever the subject. He's always looking for solutions. This is very positive for the teams.
Elyes spent 1 month on the RACER plateau to ensure the "power-on" at the end of 2022. In one month, he had a major impact on the project by actively contributing to the achievement of this objective. I don't think we'd have got there without him, at least not later.
Elyes knows how to make himself available to share his analyses, points of view and proposals on the various topics covered. He is always constructive, which is greatly appreciated on subjects that can be thorny.
His greatest strength is his pragmatism and efficiency in dealing with technical issues in a hurry. He also has the advantage of a sound knowledge of helicopter electrical generation. Last but not least, Elyes is a pleasure to work with. He's a real team player.
I'm not quite sure of his exact role. But if there's a problem, a search, a piece of advice to be found, in the H175 electrical installation and prototypes, only one name comes to mind: Elyes. Active, responsive, open, friendly and at the service of your needs. A pleasure to work with.
